4 ὅστις οὖν ταπεινώσει
ἑαυτὸν ὡς τὸ παιδίον
τοῦτο, οὗτός ἐστιν
ὁ μείζων ἐν τῇ
βασιλείᾳ τῶν οὐρανῶν.
5 καὶ ὃς ἐὰν δέξηται
ἓν παιδίον τοιοῦτο
ἐπὶ τῷ ὀνόματί μου,
ἐμὲ δέχεται.

42 καὶ ὃς ἂν ποτίσῃ
ἕνα τῶν μικρῶν τούτων
ποτήριον ψυχροῦ μόνον
εἰς ὄνομα μαθητοῦ,
ἀμὴν, λέγω ὑμῖν,
οὐ μὴ ἀπολέσῃ
τὸν μισθὸν αὐτοῦ.

33 Καὶ ἦλθον εἰς
Καφαρναούμ.
καὶ ἐν τῇ οἰκίᾳ
γενόμενος ἐπηρώτα
αὐτούς· Τί ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ
διελογίζεσθε;
34 οἱ δὲ ἐσιώπων,
πρὸς ἀλλήλους γὰρ
διελέχθησαν ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ
τίς μείζων.
35 καὶ καθίσας ἐφώνησεν
τοὺς δώδεκα καὶ
λέγει αὐτοῖς·
Εἴ τις θέλει πρῶτος
εἶναι ἔσται πάντων
ἔσχατος καὶ πάντων
