ἐλθὼν ὁ Ἰησοῦς
εἰς τὴν οἰκίαν
Πέτρου
εἶδεν
 
τὴν πενθερὰν
αὐτοῦ
βεβλημένην
καὶ πυρέσσουσαν·
 
 
15 καὶ
 
ἥψατο τῆς χειρὸς
αὐτῆς,*
καὶ ἀφῆκεν αὐτὴν
ὁ πυρετός·
καὶ
ἠγέρθη καὶ
διηκόνει αὐτῷ.
29 Καὶ εὐθὺς
ἐκ τῆς συναγωγῆς
ἐξελθόντες ἦλθον
εἰς τὴν οἰκίαν
Σίμωνος καὶ Ἀνδρέου
μετὰ Ἰακώβου
καὶ Ἰωάννου.
30 ἡ δὲ πενθερὰ
Σίμωνος κατέκειτο
 
πυρέσσουσα,
καὶ εὐθὺς λέγουσιν
αὐτῷ περὶ αὐτῆς.
31 καὶ προσελθὼν
ἤγειρεν αὐτὴν*
κρατήσας τῆς χειρός·
 
καὶ ἀφῆκεν αὐτὴν
ὁ πυρετός,
καὶ
 
διηκόνει αὐτοῖς.
38 Ἀναστὰς δὲ
ἀπὸ τῆς συναγωγῆς
εἰσῆλθεν
εἰς τὴν οἰκίαν
Σίμωνος.
 
 
πενθερὰ δὲ
τοῦ Σίμωνος
ἦν συνεχομένη
πυρετῷ μεγάλῳ,
καὶ ἠρώτησαν
αὐτὸν περὶ αὐτῆς.
39 καὶ ἐπιστὰς
 
 
ἐπάνω αὐτῆς*
ἐπετίμησεν τῷ πυρετῷ,
καὶ ἀφῆκεν αὐτήν·
παραχρῆμα δὲ
ἀναστᾶσα
διηκόνει αὐτοῖς.

tell him about her.

having grabbed
the hand.

left her,

ministered to them.

risen up
from the synagogue
he went in
into the house
of Simon.
 
But the mother-
in-law of Simon
had been held
by a great fever,
and they asked
him about her.
39 And he stood
over her*
 
and rebuked
the fever,
and it left her.
But immediately
she stood up and
ministered to them.
